Enterprise design at scale
At Flexera, I design end-to-end UX for Flexera One — the company's flagship SaaS platform for IT Asset Management and FinOps, serving 50,000+ customers. I work within a 30-person design org with dedicated research and design system teams.
Previously at One Identity, I designed features for Safeguard for Privileged Sessions — enterprise security software used by 80 of the Fortune 100. I created the company's first Design System, adopted across 4 product lines, and designed ML-powered features including User View and chat-enhanced troubleshooting.
Building products with AI
I use AI as an engineering partner to design and build full products. AI City is a frictionless API marketplace for AI agents — a Turborepo monorepo with a Hono API, PostgreSQL, Stripe credits, and a full design system. Emerged is an AI-powered product discovery platform using Claude and OpenAI.
These aren't toy projects — they're production systems with real architecture, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines. They demonstrate that I don't just design interfaces, I understand how products are built.
Founder experience
I co-founded plana, a business planning SaaS that I took from paper prototype to profitable product over the course of a year. I ran user research, designed the product, managed the engineering team, and exited the business in 2022.
Consultancy & teaching
Before moving into product design, I spent five years as a Digital Consultant at WSX Enterprise, advising over 3,000 businesses on user-centred digital transformation. I delivered weekly 4-hour UX workshops teaching Design Thinking, usability testing, and digital strategy.
